If this is a request related to your BugID, you need the admins to verify that it’s you or/and this request requires an admin to do an action on behalf of a user (EXCLUDES PLAYER REPORTS and investigations), you will either need to provide your Support Key or provide proof that you own the account. (a screenshot of your profile is not valid unless it has identifying info that only you can see). If you don’t have any, you will be able to reply to a confirmation email.
